hi I'm Stuart, I'm British but I've been living in Galicia, north-west Spain for nearly 20 years, where I teach English at a university. I have a 12 year old son, Sam and a wonderful partner, María and I have been practising meditation, yoga, kata over the past ten years. I've just started doing a second degree in psychology with the Open University and I'm interested in retraining as a psychotherapist. I'm also the moderator of a Yahoo group here in my neck of the woods called GaliciaIntegral, which aims to encourage the flow of information between people in Galicia about integral type acyivities and events in our area and help create a sense of community, too - abit like Zaadz but much more modest!
